Located 17 miles east of Puerto Rico, 12 miles west of St. Thomas and 9 miles north of Vieques, Culebra is the perfect location for boating around the Caribbean. Also known as Isla Chiquita, Culebra has no rivers or streams, getting their water from Puerto Rico and Vieques.
